I ordered a phone from FLIPKART
Seller is TRUECOMRETAIL
Company name written on invoice is
Sold by - Sane retails pvt ltd
Order id is - OD[protected]
phone delivered on 10/10/2023
But gst invoice was delivered with phone
Then after my complaints, gst invoice was available on “orders” page
But that Invoice is incomplete, having only sellers details, and buyers gst details (me, my company ) are missing
In that case i cannot claim gst,
