Below phone purchased through flipkart,
Samsung Galaxy F41 (Fusion Blue, 128 GB)
Color: Blue

I ordered a MacBook Pro on 20th Oct 2020. The estimated date they gave me was 6th Nov. Now they are just delaying it more. My emi has been processed and I don't know if my product will be delivered or not. While Amazon gives 1-2 days delivery, they need 20+ days and right now, I am not even sure whether I'll receive it or not.

When asking for refund they tell that they are waiting for product to return to warehouse.
issue is how will order return to warehouse if it was not shipped.its been 19 days since
I paid for this order.Flipkart is not taking any actions, they delay the refund everyday and have'nt even initiated the refund process.
Kindly help me get my money back and take action against this fraud

Do not but from this seller he is unable to manage the orders and delivery on time.

It’s been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order on Flipkart but I haven’t been updated till now when will it be delivered.

I ordered the phone with product exchange for Samsung Galaxy F41 from flipkart on 18 Oct 2020. The delivery boy/wish master called me on 25th after chasing all day since the product is out for delivery.

The boy reached my place at around 6 Pm and checked my exchange product and said that the new product i.e Samsung Galaxy F41 is with some other boy and he in on the way to my place and he went away.

After one hour I called on the number provided and it was ringing again and again. At around 8PM I received a sms from flipkart stating that the exchange product has been rejected.

I called flipkart cc and they said that the old product is approved and the message was an error from flipkart. I kept on chasing for the same since then and on 27th Oct 2020 they finally cancelled my order from their end.

I asked the reason to cc executive they said it is due to high demand they have.

I ordered this during Big Billion Days Sale and due to this cancellation I am is loss for ₹2, 097. Also, I have wasted my time chasing for the the same for more than 5 hours in total.

Do I have a remedy for the same?

Can I file a case against them for compensation?

Please help.

I have ordered samsung galaxy F41 on flipkart but after delay of 10 days, it cancelled order on its own.

An apple macbook air was ordered through Flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected]. The delivery date was Friday Oct 30, 2020 but the date was revised to Nov 6th without any prior intimation. Similar products are being sold at Flipkart at higher prices with delivery within a week.

I ordered the phone on 16th Oct and the delivery date was 21st Oct which is today. Yesterday the delivery date changed to 23rd Oct, and now it changed to 24th oct. I have been making calls since 17th Oct itself to ensure I get my order on time and have got confirmation everytime. I need the product delivered by 23rd Friday as I have important business to tend to later. Despite so much effort to ensure timely delivery the date keeps on increasing. This is the little flipkart and TrueComRetail scam where they keep extending the delivery date then cancel the order and then don't even provide a refund. Lots of people suffer from this scam. I honestly need a phone and have made arrangements around receiving it.

I've received damaged item, I've requested them for replacement. they have accepted the replacement but its been 20 days I haven't got it. Each and everyday i've been contacting Flipkart and begging them to resolve the issue.

But they keep saying this

later I checked online about this seller. Oh my God, I was surprised to see. seller is a fraud.

I tweeted same thing, but Flipkart says the same thing. We're working on this issue.

But 20days past still no resolution.

I had bought fossil watch worth rs 5000 from the myntra. Upon return requesting they had taken back the product and now rejected the return, says it don't pass through out our quality check...

I bought a Galaxy A71 from flipkart, but it has a faulty display. I requested for a return flipkart said that the a technician from the seller side will contact me to verify the issue and he asked me to check the issue. Then the technician contacted me and asked me what was the issue and I explained and send him a photo as he requested, then asked me to check the android version which is the lates version android 10. But he tried to convince me that the version that comes with this device is 11. Something, I confirmed with the samsung service desk that there is no mobile comes with the version 11, it is not even released yet. I'm not satisfied with a approach from the technician. Then he asked me to perform a reset after resetting the phone I tried to contacted him back he never picked up the phone and after some time I received a message states that they tried to contact me but I did not respond and they will close it within 48 hours, actually I did not receive any call after resetting the phone but the technician was picking up the phone when I called him back. I called to the number which they provided in that message and they said they will come and check the issue by 1st September 2020 but when I checked the flipkart on that that it showed as the return request has been rejected and they did not contacted me since they told me that they will visit me by 1st September but they rejected the request without informing me. Now I again requested flipkart to rssolve this issue and they said they will resolve this by 4th of September. But I Don't believe that the seller technicians are doing the job ethically. Kindly advice them to approach customer properly without misleading.

I'm looking forward for a solution.
If you're not solving this issue I'll check what can be done with you guys.

I bought a apple watch from flipkart through trucom retail on 16th of august.. When i got the package i found out that product was completely diffrent and was some sort of cheap quality not even looking branded at all.. For that i have raised a return request on flipkart but still no solution has been provided even after so many days

I have complained against your fraud with us to the department of consumer affairs, govt. Of india. You have send me duplicate apple airpods 2 without apple's license and authentication. Please send my money back or give me 100% original product, otherwise i will file a case against you in the court. These are my strict guidelines.
