SAMSUNG Galaxy F12 (Sky Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM)
I purchased the subject item from Flipkart with the seller details as TrueCom Retail. The item was delivered on 05.10.2021 and had following complaints
1. The receiver of the call or the caller on the other side cannot hear voice from my phone properly. The voice is faint and there is disturbance
2. The home screen shows two dates one which is current and one by default of Thursday 26th August.
3. The offered product on website mentions there is a 7 days replacement possible. However on logging in I find in my orders section there is no option of tab to return or replacement.

I was not able to update for replacement on day one as delivery details were not updated by evening, later on replacement option was not available only refund was available so I had to place request for refund.
Flipkart has rejected the request as the courier partner may have informed you that the package was delivered intact, but how did he confirm that the product was intact, what I have received has scratches in the bottom.
I understand it is a big deal for the seller also to deal with returns, but this is even more of a big deal for me as it is the costly mobile purchased and I want it to be perfect.
So I request you to help in providing replacement or refund at the earliest.
As the physical damage (scratches also constitute physical damage) is covered in return policy, I request you once again to help in replacement or refund.
I also confirm that there were scratches on the mobile when I opened the mobile box which was not wrapped in any cover as shown in many unboxing videos in youtube. I always use back cover and screen guard while using the mobile. These scratches were there when I had opened the box.

I ordered apple airpods pro from flipkart and the seller is truecomretail when j received that item on box it has different SERIAL NO and on case it has different and when i connected to my phone via Bluetooth it shows again different serial number and case is not new please resolve my problem...

I have received a defective phone Samsung F62 so placed replacement request after using it for 6 days. On technician visit, it was found that phone have the issues as I mentioned in the complaint. Basically technician approved the replacement. But flipkart rejected the return request.

Fraud and thief
Flipkart is first of all the worst forum to shop where uneducated and fraud sellers are there. I got Apple Iphone 12 mini paid in advance and in an exchange offer for my iphone 7. These people were giving an exchange price of 9800. My iphone 7 does not have a single crack or dent. It looks new as ever. There is a dot of black skin wear off near the charging point. The delivery agent from Flipkart came checked my phone and immediately said there is a dent. If any picture required I will provide to show that my phone has no dents. I am not stupid to exchange a phone knowing it is defective. The delivery agent first said I will have to give 1500 extra for the dent. I agreed. Then he takes my mobile and tell me I will have to give 5400 as it is showing on his system. I still have a screenshot that it clearly mentioned if there is a dent I will have to pay 3050 extra. He was hell bent. So I returned the phone and asked him to take the product. Then I complained on Flipkart, all they did was raise the issue and did nothing. The seller keeps selling fraud things and it was their intention from the beginning to attract customers with the lucrative offer and then in the last moment make it a point to take more money. I finally got the money back but they charged me 100 for pick up where they did not even pick up the product. Cosumer forum is literally doing nothing where 120 complaints are already raised

I ordered apple airpods pro from flipkart ( seller name truecomretail) but I got the apple airpords normal version and I called the customer care and requested for a replacement but they are saying that they can't do nothing about. It's been almost 15 days I'm contacting the customer care and the seller is saying that return or replacement is impossible. The airpords pro original cost is about 25k but the product I got was only half the price, what should I do?

I have ordered one Samsung mobile F12 on 8th June and I got the Phone on 12June-21, but it is not supported 5Ghz wifi band I am using Airtel broadband with a 300mbps plan but the phone is only 2.4Ghz wifi band, now after two technical visits he also confirmed that it is not supported but Flipkart not refund my money and not taking my concern seriously now I am finally decided to go for legal.
Guys do not buy this phone.

I have ordered Samsung phone from Flipkrat (Seller-Truecom Retail) on 20th May. It was supposed to be delivered by 23rd May then delayed till 27th May. Not received the product yet and no information about it. Even it has not been packed till the time order placed. What is this?

Product got cancelled 3 times after keeping me waiting 25 days
I had ordered an apple iphone 11 on 1st may with a GST invoice from flipkart and the seller name is TrueComRetail and the delivery date was on 7th may. But on 6th may it was revised to 10th. On the 11th may got an email from flipkart that my order will be cancelled from the seller side due to some operational issues and I was told to cancel the order and place the same order again from the same seller and I did.
But the order delivery revised to 16 to 20th may again because of the same issue. On the 20th again I was told to cancel the order and place the fresh order and I did it again.
But now the seller TrueComRetail blocked me from placing the order because I have cancelled the order multiple times.
Seller and flipkart both kept me waiting for 25days and they blocked my Rs45000 for 20days without giving me my product. I am 100% sure that the seller is not giving my product because I have requested a GST bill for the same and both flipkart and seller are giving many excuses. Now Seller has blocked me to place a fresh order. So i can not place the order.
Please take strict action on the seller and seller as well.

I ordered apple airpod 2 through flipkart. But I got old apple airpod 1.
Also serial number on box and actual airpod are not matching. When I searched serial number on box on apple warranty check it shows it is replaced product. and When I check serial number on airpod, it shows invalid serial number. I want replacement for the product.

This is exactly the same issue with me. Also the charging case seems to be duplicate. There is no lighteing to USB cable as described in site. IT is totally a mess. Did you get replacement or refund. If Yes, what did you do to get this, i have placed a refund request, but afraid they will play dirty as I see other consumers saying the same.
This seller is fraud . They are cheating everyone in the name of flipkart. I also have same issue, I got normal airpods instead of pro version. And flipkart is not taking any action regarding this issue.

Replacement of samsung galaxy f41

I ordered Samsung Galaxy F41( gifted to my sister ) mobile on 19th October and got delivered by 21st October but I received damaged product(finger print sensordamaged) .I requests for replacement but replacement was rejected 3 times. After trying so many times Finally I had tele conversation with senior executives and they accept for replacement.but unfortunately the replacement got cancelled due to wrong information provided by flipkart executive.
But I retried so many times to solve this issue but till now[protected] no one helping me properly seller(TrueComRetail), flipkart executives, higher authority person, concern teamand backend team. I had a very bad experience from last one and half month. I'm really disappointed with seller(TrueComRetail) and flipkart service. attaching my order details Email screenshots.

Rejected return request 4 times for a smartphone with display issue
I bought a samsung galaxy s20 plus from flipkart for 49, 999. Due to a display issue I requested for a return(Greeny shade appears on the bottom of the display when the brightness is set to low, wherever there is a grey color background the bottom portion will have a green shade. It is visible in low light)
Flipkart customer executive contacted me and asked me to do hard reset and the rejected the request(they asked me to request agaim if the issue continues).
I requested again and a technician from Jeeves visited and I showed him the issue and he called someone and they said they cannot accept it and he went back and rejected the request stating that the issue resolved by troubleshooting.
I requested again and the technician contacted me and asked if he has to come, because even if he comes they won't accept it. They knew that there is an issue and they did not fix it. I sent him some photos and he said he'll request with the photos. Then also they rejected the request, the reason they mentioned was they did not see any issue when the during the visit. They did not even visit me I sent them photos and the rejected it saying that they did not see anything.
I contacted flipkart and explained the issue they said they will resolve the issue within 4 days, after three days they contacted me and told me that since the technician rejected the request they cannot do anything because the it is the 3rd time it is getting rejected, just for informing this they took 3 days, they don't value their customer's time and effort. Jeeves will always reschedule the visit and the technician never calls me, I always had to call the technician and they reject all the requests without even completeing the visit, I informed flipkart regarding their approach to their customer, but flipkart didn't even do anything at all. .
I contacted flipkart again and explained the approach of technician, they raised a request again and they scheduled tech visit. Jeeves rescheduled the visit prior to the date which was set by flipkart. On that day I waited till evening and I called the technician and he said they will complete the tech visit on that day itself. After sometime I received a message from Jeeves stating that they completed the service and when I checked in flipkart it was rejected. They did not vist me but they said that they completed the service and rejected the request.
I registered a complaint in flipkart that without completing the tech visit they rejected the request. They sad they will resolve the issue by 2nd December. They rejected it again saying that they have completed the visit four times and confimed that there is no issue, they visited only one time and they rejected all other requests by saying that they have vististed four times and confirmed. Flipkart and their partner Jeeves are frauds they have been doing this many times now. Flikart is using their return policy just for attracting customers, but they wont provide it.
I cannot accept any defect on a 50k smartphone, they are asking me to go to service center if I need any help, why should I repair my phone at service center it's just 2 weeks since I bought this device. They say that they have 7 days replacement policy, but they are asking me to visit brand's service center.

Samsung galaxy F41 Mobile phone Refund
मेरा रजिस्टर नंबर [protected] हैं और रजिस्टर ईमेल [protected]@gmail.com है जिसमें मेंने आपसे samsung galaxy F41 6 gb ram 128 gb स्टोरेज वाला फोन 3 नवंबर को Received किया था जिसमें प्रॉब्लम था जिसकी वजह से रिप्लेस किया गया था और 9 नवंबर को रिप्लेस मिला था लेकिन उसी दिन से वहीं प्रॉब्लम जो पहले वाले फोन मे था वही इसमे आने लगा है और आज दिन तक आ रहा है इसके लिए आपसे 6 बार technician visit हो चुकी जिसमें उन्होंने फैक्ट्री डेटा reset लगाने के बाद फोन चल रहा है तो कोई problems नहीं है पर जैसे ही उसमे goole play store से या फिर सैमसंग स्टोर कोई एप्लिकेशन इंस्टॉल करने के बाद कोई प्रॉब्लम आती है तो वो हमारा प्रॉब्लम नहीं ऐसा बहाना बनाकर छूट जाते हैं, और ये प्रॉब्लम उन्होंने भी जब भी विजिट किया तब face किया है और ये बात उन्होंने एक्सेप्ट भी किया है और उनकी विजिट के दौरान आपके कस्टमर केर मे भी technician से बात करवाई गई है और उन्हों ने आपके executive को भी ये बात बताई गई है पर ये हमारे सेलर पॉलिसी में नहीं आता बताकर अपने हाथ उठा लेते हैं जो बात सरासर गलत है,

मेरा रजिस्टर नंबर 9427357147 हैं और रजिस्टर ईमेल [email protected] है जिसमें मेंने आपसे samsung galaxy F41 6 gb ram 128 gb स्टोरेज वाला फोन 3 नवंबर को Received किया था जिसमें प्रॉब्लम था जिसकी वजह से रिप्लेस किया गया था और 9 नवंबर को रिप्लेस मिला था लेकिन उसी दिन से वहीं प्रॉब्लम जो पहले वाले फोन मे था वही इसमे आने लगा है और आज दिन तक आ रहा है इसके लिए आपसे 6 बार technician visit हो चुकी जिसमें उन्होंने फैक्ट्री डेटा reset लगाने के बाद फोन चल रहा है तो कोई problems नहीं है पर जैसे ही उसमे goole play store से या फिर सैमसंग स्टोर कोई एप्लिकेशन इंस्टॉल करने के बाद कोई प्रॉब्लम आती है तो वो हमारा प्रॉब्लम नहीं ऐसा बहाना बनाकर छूट जाते हैं, और ये प्रॉब्लम उन्होंने भी जब भी विजिट किया तब face किया है और ये बात उन्होंने एक्सेप्ट भी किया है और उनकी विजिट के दौरान आपके कस्टमर केर मे भी technician से बात करवाई गई है और उन्हों ने आपके executive को भी ये बात बताई गई है पर ये हमारे सेलर पॉलिसी में नहीं आता बताकर अपने हाथ उठा लेते हैं जो बात सरासर गलत है,
