I had ordered this product on 3rd october in Big Billion sale of Flipkart and seller was Truecom retail. The item was to be delivered on 6th october but i was out of station so i had changed the date to 9th october. Now, on 9th october the update on flipkart showed that the phone had reached the nearest hub and will out for delivery soon. This update was there the whole day. But nothing was delivered. I called flipkart agent and they said the product will be delivered in the next business day. It did not arrive the next day and the update changed to delivery within next 3 days. Today, on the 3rd day, the delivery has been cancelled. The seller has updated that delivery attempt had been made but agent was unable to contact customer. This is outright lie. Nobody called me. Nobody came to my doorstep. I called flipkart, they are saying they will register the complaint and asking me to book the item again. The seller will be same, Truecomretail . If i book the second time with the same seller, then why aren't they able to deliver now??? Moreover, they are not willing to provide me in the discounted price anymore. That too it's their fault. I was willing to exchange my old phone. The price included the exchange value. Resolve the issue or i will move to court against flipkart and truecom retail for sure.
