Missing Medicine Order, Rude Escalation Staff & Negligent Service by Truemeds
I am filing this complaint against Truemeds regarding an extremely stressful and negligent experience related to my medicine order.
My order containing important medicines was not delivered, and despite repeated follow-ups, no proper resolution was provided. Instead of taking responsibility, customer support repeatedly told me:
“Sir, you should have kept backup medicines.”
As a healthcare platform, this response is highly irresponsible and insensitive, especially when patients may depend on timely medicines.
I was also informed that Truemeds uses third-party delivery partners and therefore they “cannot do anything at this moment.” Customers place orders with Truemeds and trust the company directly. Responsibility cannot simply be shifted to logistics partners when healthcare-related deliveries are involved.
The situation became even worse when I spoke with the escalation desk. The representative was rude during the call and disconnected the call in the middle of the conversation while I was explaining the seriousness of the issue. This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
This entire experience caused:
* unnecessary stress,
* mental harassment,
* anxiety regarding medicine availability,
* and complete loss of trust in the platform.
I request:
1. Immediate resolution of the issue.
2. A proper explanation regarding the missing order.
3. Action against the rude escalation handling.
4. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused.
I also request other consumers to be cautious while depending entirely on online medicine delivery platforms for important medications.
