Truemeds — Refund not received for cancelled order 52595950

Have placed an order on[protected] where application has selected old address. On 3rd August I have called up Truemeds Support where Mr. Basit confirmed cancellation of order and a new order was placed. However, he asked me to pay for the new order and refund will be initiated for the other.
On 7th August I have received an alert that the order dated 2nd August was delivered, however I had not received the same nor anyone in the old society has collected. also I have myself informed the delivery person to return the order as the door is locked.
On 10th August 2026, I had raised a complaint again on truemeds support asking for refund, however they confirmed that due to system issue, the order was not cancelled and it was showing delivered. After my insistence and call transfer to senior, a compliant was taken for investigation and refund with a compliant ID[protected] and I was assured that the same will be resolved on priority.
Today 14th August, have again connected with your support team where Ms. Aqsa was on call, however she kept me confusing by saying that she cannot see any complaint, your order is delivered, your order is returned, return initiated, check with your bank, then again telling, order is active, showing delivered, not cancelled. I could not understand anything. From 19 odd minutes, she kept me on hold multiple times where hold lasted for more than 3 minutes also and at last she kept on hold and disconnected.

This service is not expected from the company which claims to be the best. All I need my refund of 1518/- and compensation of Rs. 5000/- for all the stress I have gone through related to my order and time given in connecting and explaining the issue to your support team.
