Truenet Commerce — Not delivering in proper manner

I have ordered poco x2 6gb 128gb matrix purple on 20th march and i have been waiting for the mobile because the government didn't allow them to deliver. But now the government has allowed them to deliver the products still they are delaying the delivery.
Also they promise to deliver the new order to same location in 4 days and they are neglecting the older orders
