Truenet Commerce — Refund problem

₹18499 on flipkart on 2ndjuly and the payment was debited from my account... The next day, product was cancelled and limited stock was shown as a reason... When i asked about the refund, the customer service said it would be refunded by 15th july but i haven't received any refund till now... And moreover they blocked my account...
