Trujet Airlines — Flight cancellations

Before the lockdown, I had booked 2 trujet flights but somehow both of them got cancelled without any reason.
They booked another flight of the next day that also got cancelled. When we asked for refund, they said both will be refunded to my account.

This is not the first time, the same thing had happened in February and we never got our refund nor we could book any flight.

We cannot call to their customer care since no one is available.

Neither does goibibo can help in this matter, they want us to get the refund from trujet
