Trujet Airlines — No refund even 6 days after cancelled flight

Information that Hyderabad - Bangalore one-way Trip has been cancelled was received on Oct 2, 2021. The refund was said to be done within 24 hours and yet there hasn’t been any. The link provided in the mail to claim refund doesn’t open either.
