Trujet Airlines — non refund of excess baggage paid for cancelled flight

Excess baggage amt of rs 5000/- for my booking pnr no. Aubk23 subbarao for their cancelled flight no.2t-141 dated 25/10/2019 from hyderabad to rajahmundry has not yet refunded by the truejet airlines in spite of my several requests made. The flight cancellation was not informed or no alternative shown by the truejet airlines. The ticket amt was refunded by the agency make my trip. Given email addresses are not delivering the mails.
