Trujet Airlines — seat no not allotted as per invoice/ itinerary

This is to inform you on 22nd feb, 2020 i have travelled from vijayawada to hyderabad in your flight no 2t132 at 08:05. I preferred seat no 19 f, you have collected premium rs, 250 and allotted in invoice. When i collected boarding pass they allotted me seat no: 02 a. I am unable to bear the noise. To avoid the crowed and noise i preferred 19 f. Let me know why you changed with out my knowledge even collected charges extra?

mail sent to your customer care department on 25/02/2020 Reply not received the reason why they are changed my seat as per itinerary. I am going to claim all cost of my mental agony and inconvenience through out the journey

Flight 2T-622 and 2T-623 from Hyderabad to bellary and bellary to Bengaluru was cancelled by the airline 2 days before the scheduled departure date ie., 8 Nov 2020. I booked this through goibibo (pnr : T342E8). Inspite of repeated requests to goibibo, I didn't receive any refund. Also the status of the flight was not updated by trujet on their website. When I try for a refund, it says that the flight was operational and it ran as usual. This is fraud. To hold my money for more than 20 days without any proper communication. This is my last attempt before I take this issue to social media.
