Trujet — REFUND not issued for CANCELLED flight

This is to bring into notice of DGCA that TRUJET is cancelling flights at last moment and not issuing refunds. Their customer care doesnt even get connected. My flight from Nashik to Ahmedabad was cancelled by the airline at the last minute. I am trying to reach them by phone and email but getting no response. REFUND is pending since last 15 days.
