Trujet — Reg. Amount Refund against Cancellation of flights by the Airlines

I had booked round trip flights from Belgaum to Thirupati on 06.12.2021 for 4 passengers for 01.02.2022 and return on 04.02.2022, on booking no. ZE22F6 with E ticket no.:[protected], 06, 05, 04 and Invoice no.:[protected], 20, 21, 22.
I Recieved a SMS a few days prior to my schedle flight on mobile that my flights have been cancelled with out mentioning the reason for the same, They did not even have the courtesy to inform that the refunds will be processed in due course of time. I have tried calling there customer care no. and even tried reaching their booking office in Belgaum, Thirupathi and Chennai but in vain. I have sent them Emails @
[protected]@trujet.com, I have not even recieved an acknowldgement for the same.
I have lost hope of any refund from them, The worst service provided a reouted Airlines..
