If you consider that you submitted the correct complaint to the air carrier and you know, how much the air carrier is due to you according to Indian law, you can fill the complaint in
1. Customer court in your state
or
2. To DGCA of the Ministy of civil aviation
for the exact material action in your favour.
The duty of DGCA of the Ministy of civil aviation is to delive the decision within maximum 30 days.
The Indian does not fore see the time of the examination in the Customers court.
From practice, such time it up to 2 years, if the complaint is registered for trial by the registrar.
The Ministry of Justice did not find the solution for shorter terms of the examination of the customers complaints till now. The court od Europe must examine the similar case within 90 days from all documents receipt, means for 120 days total from the receipt of the passenger''s complaint.
