The 2 cheque’s were sent via speed post, dated : 31st july, 2020, back to tsr because of its expiry. Rs 1600/- each.
I keep writing with this reference number.

Can you please deposit the new cheque dividend to my account.
You have send back those cheques - which are of no value. Why did you advise us to send back, if you were to send back to us.
Your company and your process are terrible. I must have spent days writing emails to your office. But all i get is we are looking.
I have sent my void cheque so many times. This has my name, account number. What is the issue in depositing the amount in my account.
This company is terrible, in responding with solutions.
