TSR DARASHAW LIMITED — REDEMPTION OF BOND

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am a bond holder of The Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited (TISCO), purchased on 1st Nov'1996. The details of the bonds are as follows:

Reg. Folio No. SBS14070788, Letter of Allotment No. 02093701, Amount: Rs. 5100/-. Date of Redemption of Bond:[protected].

After the date of redemption, I tried to contact the registrar office for redemption of my bond money of Rs. 25000/-. However, all the commuincations sent to the office address, as mentioned in the bond, came back to me, as there do not exists their office at that address.. After lot of efforts, I searched & found the address of the registrar, which is mentioned below:

On enquiring about the status of my case w.r.t redemption amount of Rs. 25, 000/-, from the registrar of the issuse, it is communicated to me through a letter from the company "M/s DARASHAW" that the shares were transferred out of my account in the month of Feb-1998, hence the redemption amount was not released in my favour. On enquiring further, the said company informed me through the letter dated: 23/06/09 that the bonds were transferred in favour of Mr. Kshitij Shas, address: 2, Chandrabhaga Niwas, Cavel X Lane No: 10, 198-D, Dr. Vigas Street, Mumbai-400002.

Sir, I am not able to understand that how the company has transfrred the bond amount in the name of Mr Shah, whom I just do not know, never ever given any authorisation to the company, do not know the wherabouts, etc.. After contacting with the company, I was told to directly contact with Mr. Shah, who is just an unknown person/company for me..

Through all the communications, It appears to me that there is some big fraud done by the company.. & someone in the company has played with redemption money & transferred the money illegally in some account without any authorisation from myside & information to me in such respect.

My request to you sir.. that the matter may be taken with the registrar- "M/s Darashaw", so that I can get back my redemption bond money of Rs. 25000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with ineterst at the earliest. Your early action shall be appreciated in this regard, .

i have lost 178 share of titan industries ltd under folio no tws[protected] in an unforseen events . i am at a loss to understand to get back the shares kindly advice me the easiest way to communicate and get necessary papers at the earliest without going to cumbersome procedures. i also require email id of titan industries ltd share department. please help me out

We hold 108 ordinary shares of TISCO as per particular shown above. We have to bring to your notice that we have not get received the dividend warrant for the year ended[protected]. Enquiry at the local Post Office reveals that it has not come there for distribution.

After the date of redemption, I tried to contact the registrar office for redemption of my bond money of Rs. 25000/- but did not received any response. My request to you sir that please explain the procedure to redeem the said bond, so that I can get back my redemption bond money of Rs. 25000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with interest at the earliest. Your early action shall be appreciated in this regard.

TSR Darashaw does not take any complaints seriously. When I talked to their representative over phone, their apathy was too much evident - it was like - do what you want we don't care, attitude.

Somebody, should take the company seriously so that people like us who are affected so badly can get some respite.

I had gone through such a bad experience which I have posted here in this forum but till date no response from the company.
