Hi team, I have booked ticket in tsrtc and cancelled a long ago, but till now, my money is not get credited. I emailed and called to customer care, there is no proper response and t they are showing disloyalty towards customers. As a government organization, the service should be loyal and timely manner, but this case they are lazy and not providing proper services to the people in the state. I am very disappointed because no buses was available from Banjara Hills to Shilparamam Bus Stop. And, I am a office employee and I have to go to office on time otherwise my job will be gone. Hope you solve issue for this route.
