https://www.tssouthernpower.com site is not at opening and unable to pay electricity bill through any online transaction and I requested you to help me on this.(I'm trying to pay through online from last 3weeks
After entering all details including OTP in the billdesk site Error is appearing.
I have paid the amount of Rs 44185/- on July 4th. 2024 agist NR[protected]. amount deducted but not reflected in tgspdcl web site, after many exercises the amount refunded 17th of July.
again, second time on 18th of July tried to pay the same. again, the amount deducted but not reflected in tgspdcl web site the payment status is balance. why this error occurred second time i don't know. so please very the payment take needful action and please advise how to pay the estimate sanction amount...
