TTD — Booking transaction failed and amount deducted from my bank.re fund reqd

I was trying to book darshan tickets for tirupati on 7/june/2022 amount rs 1951 rupees got debited from bank but booking got failed, till now I have not received any refund for failed transaction. When I contacted bank they said the transaction is successful so refund should be initiated by the receiver. I have not received dharshan tickets, Requested for refund through ttd official email but no resolution has been provided by them. Booking details are as below
