I booked yesterday on online to go to Tirumala for the 16th of Oct 2019. But the transaction failed but money was debited from the account. It is still not refunded back to the account. How to get the refund of the money taken from me. Please help me out.

sir please lissen my word for spending a few min please sir i request u sir ;- the matter that i want to tell u some situvastions that had happen to my mother it was it was unspeltble mistake that had gone it my mother was working in ttd ticket counter receptionist in eluruas it was not my mother job it belong to one female and his husbant had taken this contract but as that female anti got pregnent so my mother do that job dialy even with out coming the other person that means the second duty person that job also she had done with his great pashenchy that had god give to my lovely mother by felling it was the sava the god had given to him later we angry on my mom how along do u go please spend some time with my family she was not lisning our word and gone to job we also give freedome for my mummy wish we does not want to stop her only tuesday was holiday and and other days 4;00 pm she will come on sat --sun day she will come 7;00pm as the so on doing and compleate that job at present 3 years had over with out others help **(the actual money giving to mother was 3000 and the money for that job was 35, 000 with out going any leave for festivals but that contract members had taken that money and given to that job 6000 but female and his husbant with out doing any duty taking 3000 for sitting in home and that contracts had taken that 35000 money and there was no sing kept bythem sign that they had give 35000 )**after done this thing also my mother went for that job now as that female person and contracters got some clash and taken that job and cancle for my mother '" i want mistake had gone my mother to take that job he never want to do that for not that 3000 he do that for felling that doing for god my mother was felling in home so by crying not to see us mom like that i wrote this letter so please do correct jugment for my mom and that job please please sir if there was any mistake that i had make in this letter please excuse me i wrote this letter as felling my mother depression "so please sir do action do corrcet acton thing sir the god will see u nice " my mother didn't no that had i written this letter so give that job to my mother and keep my mother happy sir can do this so please do not through this like a useless information please do action on this thank u sir and "i feal that u will do the correct thing like a sinsiar f officer a am waiting sir"

We are sorry to see the present condition of TTD Administration.Corruption is too high at all levels.Room supervisors literally beg for money soon after vacating room.Policemen/security staff take money publicly at the main door near Bangaru and Vendi Dwarams and physically put back the pilgrims in to the que lines once again after one darsan. The Priests at Lower Tirupathy ( in almost all temples Specially at Varada Raja Swamy Temple ) are real thieves / demanding money and pushing in to their dhoties in the name of God.These priests really loot the public and cash their faith by name of God. If One person does this thing we can leave him to his sins.But the whole Tirumala and tirupathi temples are corrupt SOON WE WILL LOOSE FAITH OVER THE GOD.The adminstration has done so much on Security side .But with in staff PLEASE do some thing about CORRUPTION and Corrupt staff and POOJARIS.The staff stretch their hands where ever there is a Free facility for keeping their luggage, footwear or phones etc.,
Also you must do some thing to widen the openings where the public enters from large crowd to form Ques,

I am Leela Ramani. I visited tirupathi on[protected]. I faced the same problem what latha faced. I have a 10 month old kid and we were thrown by security like a ball. 3 security ladies thrown me in 3 different directions. If i miss balance then i can't even thnk what would have happen to my little one. Some how me and my son survived with small wounds and came out. Even i feel not to go Tirupathi once again. There is no point of having separate queue for Infants becz agin it is going to merge at one point with big crowd.
TTD is having enough funds and man power. They can plan better and organize well for Darshanam.

things that u see at tirumala are the most disgusting anywhere in the world in any religious place .and the most disgusting of all is when u see a politician coming with all that easy and pride and walking away and u are still there waiting for a glimps of god and when u reach there u will be out even before u realize this is causing many people to lose their faith in god himself but please dont let that happen to yourself after all many people have seen miracles of lord venkateshwara and i am one of them .
SHAME TO THE ORGANISATION OF TTD.THEY ARE DEVILS AT THE DOORSTEPS OF GOD.

the last time i visited temple i took 300 rs tiket and was with my wife a 2 kids 9 months and 3 years beacaase of my 3 s darshan years daughter i could not take the queue for kids .sir what is the point in buying this 300 rs tiket when further down the lines are going to merge my son wascrying like hell beacuse of conjustion and we could do nothig about it the worst is tunnel after those chambers are over please put some big a/c down there also .and i also would like to request that the staff also must go through these queue(without exercising their authority) for themself to realize how does it feel to be in that situation . so many people cant be wrong there is defenately too many problems in the managment .please pay your kind attention in this matter immediately.

I agree some of the staff are doing BAD works, but they will get punishment from god, i know some of employees in TTD every day they earning 4 to 20 thousand daily ...

but they guy not have proper HAPPY In home/... not having ling house also, always they people was facing problems... but guy are not realigning issue

here going some corruption.. some Pilgrims are directly giving offering value ble things money to staff .. ( at time of working many Pilgrims are askign to me.. Sir plz sir arrange ticket i will pay extra amount for that ) this request received many time they offered lot .. but am not done anything

main thing Pilgrims are not following rules & not aware basic information about TTD

300/- dharshan means that not special ticket.. it was one of the general paid dharshna ticket ...

Pilgrim are not thinking god dharshan, they are going tour .. in line also not .. doing Govinda namam or parayam wanted some guy are pressing to other .. they dont have meaning bhakthi ...

Thirumala temple — Roughing up by the security personnels

Dear sir,-

I and my wife,both senior citizens took a queue exclusively for senior citizens,freedom fighters,handicapped and women with infants that opened up at 6p.m on 08.01.10.we were awaiting our turn to get our entry to the main entrance of the temple,as the slot of the queue was very near to it.we were about to be issued with the pass/admit slip by the temple personnels,one security guard who positioned himself there,suddenly caught hold of our hands,twisted them and pushed us back violently;we were stunned by his act and could not know what was going on there and what was wrong with him.As a result,we both fell to the ground and sustained injuries.our hands were sprained and we both,still suffer from the pain.There is no humane approach among the staff and security personnels of the temple.The very rough and unrestrained behaviours of the employees of the temple,is highly condemnable and deplorable.Have they forgotten the existence of the Human Rights and consumers Forum?
I implore you earnestly to warn the temple authorities in this regard and advise them suitably to refrain from encouraging the temple personnels,security guards and police.Who violate the code of conducts in a religious place,should be severely dealt with.There is no iota of kindness,politeness or care in the staff of the temple.The etiquette is wantonly ignored.Kindly pursue this complaint and do the necessary.

yeah! what he says is hundred percent correct.Thirupathi temple has become only a hub of all other activities except genuine and real Bhakthi.Spiritualism is being vended in Thirumala .In the name of the Lord, money from the devotees is being swindled by the administration of the Temple and the staff earn a lot.It is true that from top to bottom, the employees are corrupted including the priests who demand money for all rituals and even in the name of sangalpam while performing the Kalyana Uthsavam.The staff and security personnels rough up the devotees which is a barbaric act and highly deplorable.The devasthanam has appointed only ruffians and militants.The etiquette in a religious place is ignored and there is no regards or kindness or politeness from the staff or security personnels.Rs.300/- queue is melded at many points with other queues, which is not fair;moreover, the senior citizens and womanfolk suffer and undergo untold miseries by the hustles and violent pushes in the long queues.There is no separate queues for senior citizens and women and children.The security staff at the sanctum lay hands on the devotees and push them violently with no humane approach.The Human Right Form should take note of this and the temple personnels by whom the devotees are roughed up, should be dealt with severely.There is no proper control of the queues and the temple personnels fly here and there like hawks to grub money around.The administration is aware of all these undesirable ongoings very well, but to keep silent.Public only should take actions against the temple management or they should avoid visiting the temple for the darshan.To conclude, Thirupathi has become only a tourist/picnic spot.Myself and my wife, both are senior citizens, were roughed up by the security personnels, while we were in the queue for senior citizens, handicapped, women with infants and freedom fighters that opened up at 6 p.m on 08.01.10.There were approximately 100 people only in the queue.As a result of the barbaric act of the security personnels, we both sustained injuries.So, we have decided against visiting the temple again in the future.

It is better one (especially elders) avoid going on weekends/holidays, if possible. The temple authorities have to accomodate thousands on a single day. Crowd management in Tirupati is a tricky job and I think there should surely be the scope of improvement. Maybe TTD can employ some fulltime consultants to analyse the trends and offer some viable solutions to problems faced by the devotees and authorities.

What happened to Ramaswamy Gopalakrishnan and his wife as depicted in his response stands good, It is indeed despisable. It is an unforgiveabe act and I hope TTD takes(or has taken) note of it and avoids such shameful happenings of this nature in the future. There has always been fingers pointing on the whole darshan and accomodation setup being commercialised and TTD's soft corner towards the VVIPs.

Hope the authorities take some proactive steps in order to make one of Dakshin Bharaths famous and fave temple a place free from corruption and more organised in terms of darshan, accomodation, crowd management and facilities at Tirumala. Lord Venkateshwara would be happy only if his devotees are treated well. Let the greatness of the god sanctify the place..Om namo venkatesha..

i want to some infermaction to ttd job in music subject i studded in ttd m music in sv music dance what is the right way to job ttd eo was not folloing the ugc rulls and they are not giveing to th preference to the ma mphil and phd studdents they give to job only perfarmance candets who teach the ug and pg they have a master degree also only 10th stannded teacher they teach the in this university plce clare the this problam and save the students life deo was not to a know the ugc rullus and regulactions

Pilgrims with Infant Baby / Sr. citizen

I went for darshan on 28-Dec-2010 with my 7 months old infant baby. Though there was separate Q for pilgrims with infant baby / sr. citizens there was no importnace for them and the security guards treat only why gives bribe to them.. we were standing for more than half hour to enter the separate Q. Later this Q was joined with Sarva Darshan and the real problem started. All the people were crushing the people who are with infants and there is no consideration for small childs and it took for 5 hours for us to have the darshan. Also, when we entered near the sanctum, there was a security guard who opened the gate near Garudazhvar separately for 5 (north indian pilgrims) who would have definitely bribed a huge amount.

Our children sufferred a lot when we entered the main sanctum huge rush was there and crushing the children. THERE IS NO ORGANIZED WAY TO FACILITATE INFANTS / Sr. CITIZEN.

Definitely TTD need to look into this issue. If required, I can file a case against TTD / TTD Security guards for the welfare of DEVOTEES.

I had been there on the 24th Dec 2010 morning between 10.00 & 11.00 AM with the Rs.300.00 darshan ticket. Strange that in spite of having a organised queue system till the main entrance, the queue is in a mess once inside the premises. I could see aged people being pushed by the guards. SHAME ON THEM ! IF SOMEONE PUSHES THEIR NEAR AND DEAR ONES THEN ONLY THEY WOULD FEEL THE PINCH. The authorities are turning a blind eye wantingly perhaps the bribe they earn is lucrative. The urgency at the place of darshan is created & hyped. There is no accountability by anyone there and no one wants to listen. They day is not far when someone is going to press for action on all these things.

Irresponsible people are working as guards(or) security in ttd.
people may even die because of their irresponsibility.please take care of
people in all darshan lines.

Definetely this issue to be taken in serious manner. Request human Rights peoples to look into this matter. We are going their get the blessing from the god and not the atrosious acts from this guys.

Seperate queue for senior citzen(50 & above) and infants(0-5 years) to be made atleast a hour shall be alloted for them by verifying the identity.

This is the worst place I visited as far as management of people rush is concerned. Whatever said by Mr. RamaSwamy Gopalkrishnan above is 100% true. People at the other end should better worship at home instead wasting their valuable time & money.

Very badly managed. Worst management and worst staff behaviour. All the crowd pull and push is artificially created by the management and the staff. The worst part is, that the crowd is asked to sit in a huge hall in the Q complex and then the gate is opened to create a rush and gush. In my opinion if they keep sending public in an orderly fashion, there is no need for this hall and the queue will keep moving on its own. I can understand the pains of senior citizens, physically challenged, people with infants, how much more would they suffer in comparison to the normal person. Unfortunate and sad that no one is looking in resolving this situation. If this attitude by the TTD management and staff continues, pilgrims might prefer to go to other temples like Anantha Padhmanabha Swamy Temple in Trivandrum, etc.

I am feeling very bad to write this complinat against such a great organization TTD.I have seen in newspaper that one of the private security gaurd hit two old couples (Above 50 years age) who came to take laddu after their dharshan and enquiring about laddus infront of temple(They were came from tamilnadu and they do not know anyting about the procuders and places).Once of the private gaurd was asking them like "you are selling laddus in block".and he took them in to biometric room and he had taken 500 from them as a fine.Aganin they went to take laddus at counter.The security gaurd has came again and scolding them with bad language.They questioned the security gaurd, he got angry and he hit them with walkytakly.The security gaurd got scared and has given 500 back to that old people.And he said if you complaint about this to any one i will take siviour action against you.
Note: People are coming from different places all over the world.If you behave like this(that to with old people whose age is above 50). then it will not good.
pleae take care about this.cause thse types of incidnet are happening daily in TTD.

I RAJU PUTNALA CAME TO THE HOLY SHRINE OF TIRUMALA ON 2 ALONG WITH MY FAMILY INCLUDING TWO SMALL CHILDRENS .

I WENT FOR THE SHIGRA DARSHAN OF RS, 300, BUT IT VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE TICKET COUNTER IN THE CENTRE OF LANES, THERE WERE ONLY TWO COUNTERS, THE PEOPLE FROM OTHER SIDE COMING TO THE COUNTER, THE PEOPLE LIKE US WHO ARE COMING FAIR IN LINE FROM STARTING ARE STANDARD AT THE COUNTER AND WERE CRUSHED WITH CHILDREN AND LADIES PARTICULARY, NOT TO MENTION THAT SCENE, WHILE GOING TO MAKE A HOLY DARSHAN.

The security guards are behaving like rowdies. I, too emailed my complain to authorities, regarding behavior of one security guard named J Venkatesh. But so for I have not received even acknowledgement for my complaint dated 4th February 2012. This guard after hitting my cousins and misbehaving with my parents, shouted POH...POH..and then left the site by running. I chased him and found him. On inquiring his name he replied Ramesh. When I checked his name tab, his name was displayed as "J Venkatesh". If any authority of TTD watches this massage, can they tell, what type of Goons they have appointed for security of Lord's Place.

It is really good that people are posting their bad and good experiences on this blog. I agree that people are facing issues during their visit to Tirumala. But the behaviour of the people in TTD is too ridiculous and till now I dont think anybody might have seen a change in their behavior. Moreover, I will say all these messages are like "THROWING A STONE IN SPACE".

I recommend that we should file a complaint against TTD in court and sue them and they should be sued in such a way that in future, they should not behave with the people in this way.

The most important thing I now remember is the VVIP visits to Tirumala. These VVIPs who are representatives of the people, should make sure general public are not bothered by their visit. So TTD should make arrangements such that VVIP visit should happen only during night times or early morning.

General public like me should not be stopped for any such reason for Darshan. I dont even find a clue why it takes hours and hours for Darshan when people are pushed inside the main temple and the queues are maintained properly.

I am going to Titupati tomorrow and come back post my message.

I am Shankar from Tamilnadu. I was going in the 20 Rs queue Alamelu manga temple on 25 August 2012. which location was out side of the temple. In that queue protectection cage doors were opened in many places.The queue was very long all human beings were in the line.

Most of the peoples were entered in between via cage doors. My family one old lady saree was tore and also injured.That means why required the queue.

Most of the people not bought the ticket without ticket these were standing in the queue. TTD concern person should check before entering in the queue.

I was informed to the TTD chief officer. Which officer didn't take action these matter till now

Not able to receipt after paying money online e-donation through registered TTD online Account
I made a donation online of RS. 50000 to BIRRD trust ( Managed by TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTHANAMS ) on 18/06/2014 through my TTD online user ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. But I am able to get the receipt online which suppose to be generated immediately. And I am not able to find this in donation history also. I did not get any information regarding this to my registered email. I might have called may numbers of TTD without any proper reply. I really don’t known whether the money has gone to the right place. I have send the e-mail to PRO & JEO of TTD.

I'm sathish...past two times i have visit TTD and place my smartphone mobile in switched off mode in TTD luggage counter with more than 50% of charge battery.After i delivery from the TTD luggage counter my charge battery fully gone.I don't know what is going on inside the luggage counter.

On 8.8.15 I went by foot in aliperi way my access card no is PDG[protected] given at galigopuram. due to my old age having 60 years and my ill health i am not in a position to get SREEVARI darsanam. I tried to get ladu prasadam near puskarani exit way. I requested the person to kindly permit me to get one token as I am not in good health to come in queue they says there are not in a position help as there are C C Cameras.on 9.8.15 at 08.30 h0urs. I am astonished with in half hour the police persons, ttd staff, sreevari seva persons and other influenced persons more than 100 persons taken the tokens in entering in exit way. Sir the cc camera's is not applicable to them. due to ladu shortage ttd is giving only 2 ladus to each person but the persons going are geting the tokens as they required. TTD can not have look in CC camera's by the vigelance department. like parkamani seva one devotee with out the notice must work to curb the lekage. it will be happy if I get reply the action taken by your end my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I have also faced very bad attitude of TTD employees. TTD made Tirupathi as a business place. They are looting in the name of God. TTD made Tirupathi as a Hell for the common People . Tirupathi is only for the rich and VVIP not for the common man.

I would like to highlight you some real fact of Tirupati, Tirumala, Andra Pradesh. I had some bad experience visiting there in last time. There have been certain changes made by themselves which could impact to any devotee to visit with peace mind. First thing is that the Tirumala management people are ruling their own rule without considering what devotees really wants. They are not considering fact that unnecessary high cost (Rs. 300/person) only visit charges for Lord Balaji, in another word we can say "Darshan" ticket kept higher side. Earlier was Rs. 50/person was option but now they had strictly said they close down Rs. 50/person 'Darshan' ticket even if you are booking before more two months.

Why they need Rs.300/person even huge amount they are getting by through donate. The amount such a huge, they always been given loan to RBI. And second thing is that they are mentally not prepared to how react with handicapped devotees. There has separate lane for handicap people but in that so rush of some normal people and ultimately doubt comes in our mind that management intentionally allowing normal people in same lane by charging taken under table. One real fact is that behavior of management people like so nonsense, rude that they want immediate handicap certificate or else we throw out from lane before 'Darshan'. They clearly see devotee handicapped by one leg or two leg and even they strict behavior to required handicap certificate.

While visiting south state temples everywhere they demand visiting charges for quick 'Darshan' otherwise we have to take long loop around the temple and it takes more 12 – 14 hours or more. In the name of God they want to make money from devotees. Apart from this they always allow Star, VIP people to quick 'Darshan'. But they hold hundreds of devotee in lane more that 8-10 hours. So VIP people have value of time and whoever non VIP has really less valued with respect to time. Why couldn't they keep VIP people time at night so that devotees can plan accordingly.

Hereby I request to you, please take a coverage on above incident happened with us. If you show case report in news channel, it would be highly appreciated.

We went to Thirumala on July 31st 2016 through FREE dharshan queue.

We entered 13th gate/room around 6:20am (came out around 2:30PM - 8hrs). We came to know people who went Rs.300 around 3PM, they came out in 1hr.

Inside the room, there was board which says Arrival Time:6:20am and Expected Departure Time: 10:30PM (16hrs ???)

It was really sad that how people were keeping (locked) inside the gates(rooms/cage) for 7 to 8 hours and
how people were getting suffocated by pushing each other 2 hours before the gate was opened
and the whole time there was no security personnel (no CCTV cameras, I think) inside the gates except some staffs
came to give Laddu and food token and left the counters.

Each room seating is like sports stadium (I think it will accomodate 1000 people approximate).
Each room is surrounded by steel gates (like animal cage). Each 3 gates are accessible by each other with one common
toilet area.

Since we were in 13th room, people from 14th and 15th room also rushed to the 13th room gate whenever they hear any shouting and
thinking that gate will be open soon. Since the previous gate (10, 11, 12 rooms) was opened at 11:30am, people in 13, 14, and 15th
staring moving towards to the 13th gate exit door. Since there is no announcement of when the gate will be open, elder people and kids were struggling to stand and breath (no way to sit down unless if they go to the 14th or 15th room by pushing through the crowd).

IMAGINE THE SCENE - if one room capacity is 1000 aprx. and if the people from all the three rooms rushed to the
first room Exit door and pushing each other for 2 hrs.

After 1 hr of standing (from 12:30PM onwards), people started chanting and shouting to open the gate. Staffs in the food counters or
cleaning staffs who were walking on the corridor did not care about this. People with small children ( I saw 2yrs, 3 yrs kids ) were very sad and kids were crying (no way to get milk or any children foods) and few people were fainting because of no way to get water unless they miss the standing place.

After 1hr of shouting, no staff came to tell about opening timing. People got angry and started kicking the Exit door and
any other advertisement boards. Every few mins, people started shouting and kicking the doors and boards.
BUT no staff came. Finally around 2:30PM ( after 90 minutes of shouting and kicking the doors ), TTD opened the door and
people got crushed by pushing each other to get out of Exit door.

After exiting the 13th gate and crossing the 12 to 1st gates, we saw some TDD staffs were bringing group of people through
first few gates and allow them to enter the queue. INSANE.

Finally We finished the Darshan and came out around 4:30PM.

UNKNOWNS:
- Why GOD ( TTD Management / staffs ) punishes people who are going through FREE dharshan to see god.
- Why 300/500/VIP makes such a big difference (atleast 5 to 6 hrs).
- Why cannot they put security personnel in each rooms (CAGE) and maintain proper enter/exit queue.
- Why there is no CCTV or emergency phones in the rooms
- Why cannot they keep small shop in the corridor so that parents with kids can get milk/diapers, if any.
