TTD — Left mobile in TTD

I have visited Thirumala on 1st Apr (Sat). I have booked a room in SNGH - room no 5. I have checked out the room on 2nd April (sunday). I left my mobile in SNGH room no 5. I have also raised a complaint in TTD through mails and call.
When I called the TTD, they have asked to raise the complaint in local police station but I am staying in Chennai. Is there any possible way to collect my mobile. It's Moto E mobile with light blue case cover. Please help in getting the mobile.
