TTD — refund not given.

I was allotted room no 520 mgh in tirumala on 05/03/2020 t 8.21 am for two days at ₹800 per day. Ttd online booking collected ₹2400 for two days accommodation and ₹800 security deposit. The room was changed to mgh 502 as ac was not working. I vacated the room 502 on 06/03/2020 at 5.11 pm. I was informed that the security deposit of 800 will be refunded online but no such refund is given so far. Kindly enforce refund.

Same happened with me
Dear sir, I G. Chandramouli from vizag, reached tirumala on 6th feb. 2021. I have taken accomodation one room and paid Rs.200/- by online . I vacceted that room on 7th feb. 2021 by 8 AM. and handed the keys & receipt to room allotment section. They told caution money will be credits to your bank account. Till I have not received that amount. What can I do.

Even same with me. I think it's total fraudulent. It's disastrous management. Have to wait so long to get a booked room. Again to vacate have to wait. I booked at panchajanyam guest house. But, the security deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I have vacated with less than 18hrs and received a msg too. It's a big scam. I don't know. Worst andhra government.

By me through hdfc credit card, but till the caution amount or rs.300/- was not yet
received, i handed over the keys to ttd room security he told me it will be credited
with in 48 hours to your account but till the day i cannot received the rs.300/-
this is for your kind information and need necessary action at your end.

I am Karunakaran.P from chennai.
I have visited tirumala on december as well as on april 19 2021. I have paid the accomodation costs but i havent recieved my caution deposit. Not once but twice! Some action has to be taken.
I k sriram, recently 2 days back I visited TTD, booked room 18:00 to 23:59 amount rs 2000
Includes caution deposit, in tirupathi also I booked Srinivasa complex 400, my plans are changed and I visited morning 10 am, but not get the room, and again I booked single which is cost of 550 includes caution deposit but single person won't get room not even checked. Simply checked in Srinivas complex in tirupathi.
Successfully checked out in tirupathi,
The total amount I spent 2950 includes caution deposit also the total amount that I can get 1700 caution deposit amount.when can I get my 1700 amount.

This is regarding the refund of room rent.

We booked the rooms in the name of S. Santharaman.Room Number P02.

Allotment number :[protected]

Allotment date of room on 26 / 10 / 2021

Allotment date upto 27 / 10 / 2021

We have paid Rs. 13, 600/- by credit card.

Credit card in name of T. Baskaran.

Rs. 6, 800/- is still not refunded.

Please give the clarification. Its been a months time . Still we have not received the refund of caution deposit.

Hello All,

TTD is sending msg to provide OTP while vacating the room allotted.

However the management is not asking for OTP simply informing pilgrims to check after 48hrs.

If OTP itself is not taken by management while vacating the room there is no point in waiting for refund.

My Father and his friend have been to TTD as they didn't notice the message and points mentioned in receipt. So it was the catch where management is being fraudulent to devotes/pilgrims.

For reference please find screen shot of the receipt and below is the sms received.

Respected sir,
I, Keerthana M, from Bangalore, reached to tirumala on 30th March 2022 with my family members. We checked in to our room at 11pm the same day. We had booked 3 rooms of Rs.1000 each. We paid 1000 extra for each room while booking as deposit. We were supposed to recieve our deposit back after checking out. The office members said that we would recieve the deposit after 3 days of checking out. It's been nearly a month and we still have recieved a rupee from them. We tried calling the customer care of ttd but none of them answered the call. We have also sent them many emails regarding our issue, no response to that also. I kindly request you to look into this matter and take action as soon as possible.
