Accommodation allotment and caution deposit refund complaint
I have booked accommodation for Dec 2 slot 18:00 to 23:59 hrs. But due to landslide, we were not able to travel yesterday since all buses and transportation have stopped at night. Hope you are well aware of this scenario, we weren't able to travel from Tirupati to tirumala. Since transportation is started in the morning Dec 3, we travelled and came to Tirumala but accommodation counter person behaved rude and he declined the accommodation.
It's a sudden problem and there is no fault on our part. Though we reached on time due to no public/private transport which was stopped due to one way issue, right now we are out of accommodation.We have already booked 1000/- room along with caution deposit 1000/- . Please extend the check in time of in case of these issues. Fed up.

Room allotment and Number of laddus per ticket
Dear TTD,
day by day, the rules are becoming pathetic. Previously, we used to select the rooms and the timings ( rooms in Tirumala or Tirupathi). Now the rules seem to be ridiculous. Why cannot we choose our stay? and why the stay has been restricted to one day only? what happens to the pilgrims when their return journey or trains are later in the day.
My darsanam is on 10th of December. my room allotment seems to be from 10th 7 AM to 11th 7 AM ( to be precise). My return journey is on 11th Evening. the rules look like, that you are throwing us out and clearly indicating that we are on our own after the desired timing of accommodation. Why there are so many changes?
i see only one laddu per ticket. why is that? what is happening? could you please let the general public know?

That are allocated that room in Sapthagiri guest house. And I paid through my debit card. It's a100rs room and they are taking advance. 500.and I vacated that room on31-oct-3021 and I told that otp in reception. Till now I didn't receive my advance...

Caution deposit Issue
I went to tirumala on 15th November 2021 as per online accommodation booking I was alloted to stay in KTBGH Room No 248 on 15th November afternoon 1.20pm, I vacated the room on 16th November afternoon 1.00pm. Its been a week still not refunded. I booked 1000 rupees room. So I paid 2000 which includes caution deposit. Please take appropriate actions.

Caution deposit not refunded Oct 21st
On Oct 21st, we had a blaaji dharshan for which we have taken a accommodation through online Booking No. IA[protected] for 100 rupees (+ caution deposit 100). It's been a month and still we haven't received the caution deposit back

Accommodation refund not received
I went to tirumala on 7th November 2021 as per online accommodation booking I was alloted to stay in nandakam rest house on 7th November evening I vacated the room on 8th November afternoon. Its been a week still not refunded. I booked 1000 rupees room. So I paid 2000 which includes caution deposit. Please take appropriate actions.

Black market in tirumala
A guy called vinod is selling rooms and dharshan tickets in black market in Tirumala for huge rates and cheating devotees. Please catch him and you will find links at high level as well in police too. Catch them and stop this robbery and unethical practices in Tirumala. His number is +[protected]

Iam booked accommodation at srinivasam pilgrim complex for the date[protected].We are recive room on 17/09/2021 at 6-48am and vacated room on18/09/2021 at03-45am to 04-15am approximately.
I mention time of vacation in daily register.But till today we are not recieved any message and not refunded caution deposit amount in transaction account .

Dear sir, we piligrims come from far place to take darshanam, we don't know about where to go and where to give our luggage etc., But staff who are their they has to guide us right because some educated people will their some uneducated will be their but instead they scold like enything and won't guide properly also... And the people who are their will cheat the piligrims please ... Save the piligrims

Suffering lot of people while dharsham
Dear sir or madam,
We are (people) suffering to ttd dharshinam, since 3am we are waiting in like at alipiri counter around 4h in the line, including me and my family, there are lot of people are waiting on the same line with children, ladies atleast 4h without water with out washroom for ladies there is bing bing line in counter
No one has taking the complainant
There no proper information in social media
This process is completely wrong
Without proper information this process is applied on ttd darshinam
I’m not sure how to complaint on this
Could you please help people to easily dharyam to ttd
And one more important is no one has responding from administrative team on call help line

Special Darshan - Amount debited twice but ticket booking failed
I have tried booking special darshan ticket twice from TTD iOS mobile app. Both the times transaction got failed but amount got debited. Total amount was 2400. Its been more than 15 working days. Please help me get back my amount.

I was allotted room no 520 mgh in tirumala on 05/03/2020 t 8.21 am for two days at ₹800 per day. Ttd online booking collected ₹2400 for two days accommodation and ₹800 security deposit. The room was changed to mgh 502 as ac was not working. I vacated the room 502 on 06/03/2020 at 5.11 pm. I was informed that the security deposit of 800 will be refunded online but no such refund is given so far. Kindly enforce refund.

Dear sir, I G. Chandramouli from vizag, reached tirumala on 6th feb. 2021. I have taken accomodation one room and paid Rs.200/- by online . I vacceted that room on 7th feb. 2021 by 8 AM. and handed the keys & receipt to room allotment section. They told caution money will be credits to your bank account. Till I have not received that amount. What can I do.

Even same with me. I think it's total fraudulent. It's disastrous management. Have to wait so long to get a booked room. Again to vacate have to wait. I booked at panchajanyam guest house. But, the security deposit hasn't been refunded yet. I have vacated with less than 18hrs and received a msg too. It's a big scam. I don't know. Worst andhra government.

Includes caution deposit, in tirupathi also I booked Srinivasa complex 400, my plans are changed and I visited morning 10 am, but not get the room, and again I booked single which is cost of 550 includes caution deposit but single person won't get room not even checked. The total amount I spent 2950 includes caution deposit also the total amount that I can get 1700 caution deposit amount.when can I get my 1700 amount.

TTD is sending msg to provide OTP while vacating the room allotted.
However the management is not asking for OTP simply informing pilgrims to check after 48hrs.
If OTP itself is not taken by management while vacating the room there is no point in waiting for refund.
My Father and his friend have been to TTD as they didn't notice the message and points mentioned in receipt. So it was the catch where management is being fraudulent to devotes/pilgrims.
For reference please find screen shot of the receipt and below is the sms received.

The ttd has shut down the flow of pilgrims to tirumala hills from 3 pm on 19.03.2020 both by footpath and bus/other mode of transport citing the reason of spread of corona virus. Just because one pilgrim was suspected to had symptoms of fever, etc., news of virus was propagated which was not at all confirmed even after a day. When the ttd has closed down the darshans for the common pilgrims from 19.03.2020 an, how it went on to facilitate darshan for vips in the category of break-darshan. Will not the vip break darshan fall have the corona effect or are those people guaranteed of not having any impact of such virus. This shows that the ttd has once again spread the carpet only for the vips, whether it be the reason of corona or any other virus that spreads. Such stoppages are only for the common pilgrims and vips will not be categorized which is again proved by the ttd. Atleast, now please try to do justice and don't make common people suffer for the sake of vips and whims and fancies of ttd and its management.

calendars not delivered

I placed an order for TTD calendars on 22nd December the delivery should be within 7 working days now it's almost more than 15 working days it's not been delivered yet. On top of that the helpline people are just saying it will be delivered this week but nothing happened, very disappointed with this. I have also paid for this and I'm not getting what I have paid for, kindly look into this.

My self vikas yadav. I came ttd temple trimula (Ap) for darshan. I go to one shop for buy toothbrushes. Shopkeepers ask 20 rupees instead of mrp 16 rupees only. When i asked why u taking more than mrp then he said that this is charged on 20 km height and u want to complaint then do it. I attached shopkeeper video with me. My contact no[protected].

Booking no id[protected] on 25/09/2019. But as the transaction was stopped in the middle and darshan receipt has not been generated, we have booked another ticket with the same pilgrims with other booking id [protected] on 25/09/2019 at 12.05am

Later on i don't why it has been cancelled
I have made darshan from only one booking id. So we request you to kindly refund us the amount for the another booking id for which we have not made the darshan

complaint on room service and hygiene issue
We have been allotted to the room in tirumala in the afternoon. Once we entered the room, we saw it was so dirty and uncleaned. So, we asked the facility members to clean the room and have also complaint about this to the room office. Instead of working on this or asking us time on this, they are giving us bad mouth and are so rude. They were like, they are not meant to give service as soon as we are in the room. Ok, so we waited till night 9pm. Even this time, the room office member was so rude to us. The room is still unclean, unhygienic. No bedsheets changed or washed, bathroom is dirty and slippery. No dustbin in room. All dirt on floor. 8pm we have complaint again. The guy in service office says that we are not vvip to give us service. His talks are so not professional and is so rude that he used all foul language. It's 9:30 pm and we with no option have to use this dirty room. Uff..
Our country is working on swacch bharat abhiyan and there are again these people who is flipping this with such dirty acts. What are they showing the tourist. Ttd is brand and this is a holy pilgrimage place of god venkatesha.
One point to highlight here again, when we go and complaint, the person from office is using all ways to dominate us with his words. Complaint bat 8:30pm. Hope you understand what we mean. My number: [protected].

Our country is working on swacch bharat abhiyan and there are again these people who is flipping this with such dirty acts. What are they showing the tourist. Ttd is brand and this is a holy pilgrimage place of god venkatesha.
One point to highlight here again, when we go and complaint, the person from office is using all ways to dominate us with his words. Complaint bat 8:30pm. Hope you understand what we mean. My number: [protected].

cancellation of e - darshan tickets
Sir/madam
I a. Sreevani, from warangal dist, telangana i have booked e-darshan tickets to lord venkateswara, thirumala, thirupathi on 5 april 2019 1. Pm this is my darshan time which i have booked. Because of some of the personal reasons i would like to cancel my ticket but there is no option for cancel the tickets. This is not fare because it is my hard erned money. So please provide the option of cancel the e - darshan tickets.
