TTK Prestige — 4 customer complaints done for leaking gas burnt but not catered till now | |||
Dear sir, I, sumita haldar, lodged a complaint on 4th dec 2017 for the leaking gas burner of my prestige gas marvel gtm 02 model to the call center no. But they didnt provide me any docket or complaint no. But took my details and assured that the service would be given in the next 24 hours. In the wake of no one coming yesterday till about 3 pm although a representative with the following ph no :[protected] called me at 9.15 pm and enquired whether i had lodged a complaint and then asked my area and mentioned that the complaint has wrongly gone to him as he does not look into the saltlake area. I again made it a point to lodge a 2nd complaint at 3 pm on 5th dec 2017 and again a 3rd one today morning ie 6th dec at 10 am complaint no:kol2805602. Both the times no complaint no. Is provided though. But after 3 complaints no one came till now so i lodged a 4th complaint one line with the following details :complaint no Kolk2810454 I would appreciate if your esteemed company would come to our rescue with the best of customer service efforts and the issue is resolved. I am however taken aback by the fact that in spite o[censored]rgency repeated many times in all the complaints it has not technically taken the said persons as an issue which needs to be immediately resolved.
