I had purchased a OMEGA Deluxe Granite Cookware as per invoice number[protected]C-7383559 dated 21.6.21 through Amazon and is under Warranty period. On usage within next couple of months the inner granite coating has worn away due to defective manufacturing. Since there was a warranty I immediately took to the customer care for replacement. After writing repeated 3-4 reminders they finally responded and asked for the invoice, warranty and photos. After providing the same and the product being in warranty period they gave flimsy grounds in defense and that the product was spoilt because of the customer improper use and not for the bad product quality. The Company has no regard or wants to honour the Warranty and is just name sake and does not want to acknowledge manufacturing defect. Seek redressal for relacement of bad quality product and deficiency of service in responding to consumer complaints.
