Bought a 2 burner gas stove from Prestige Xclusive shop - Emart, Neelimangalam, Kottayam on 19th April, for Rs.6, 000 and from next day onwards it started misfiring. Emart shop denied responsibility, had to call service centre. They inspected multiple times and replaced parts, later one of the burners stopped working. Called service guy once again and waiting for his mercy.
How pathetic that a customer who bought something for 6k had to go through all these trouble for a bad product that nor the shop or the company is not taking responsibility. Was this information helpful? |
