TTK Prestige — Complaints regarding misleading warranty policy
I bought a Prestige omega granite cookware on 28/11/2021 and while usingnit for second time on 03/12/2021 I used the lid to cover pan and took it off after 5 mins kept lid aside and after a while the glass lid just automatically shattered! I was shocked as nevere have I heard glass shattering I was shocked! I contacted the customer customer care and they gave me a location and I went there as they prepared my Job card and told me they'll fix the issue by next day. Now the next day they call me up only to say that the Glass lid is NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. which is nowhere mentioned on the WARRANTY CARD, nor did the dealer tell me also the Customer care guys had no clue about. It was all my waste of time, effort and money to run for a piece of glass lid only to be completely dissatisfied! The warranty policy is totally misleading from a reputed brand like Prestige! Totally not PRESTIGIOUS!
