TTK Prestige — defective mixture grinder which purchased on 16-8-18

I have purchased one prestige elegant mixer grinder on above mentioned date
From touchwood international. Kolkata-700010, only 3-4 days use of this product the top knob break out from the system. (Photo attached). I have already report this to seller but he was advice me to carry the hole product to his shop. As per company policy the service to be served at home.
So you are take care the matter seriously and acknowledge the mail or
I will be bound to raise this matter to consumer forum.
