[Resolved] TTK Prestige — deficiency in service by ttk prestige. | |||
I had bought prestige deluxe+ (4.4 litre) pressure cooker (Model code no.20140) in the year 2014 at lal chowk, srinagar. Its lid handle got broken but the service centre of ttk prestige do not provide the required lid handle. Though i am ready to bear the cost of lid handle as i had lost bill/guarantee card during devastating floods in srinagar kashmir but the service centre of ttk prestige is playing delay tactics since october 2017. I also approached the authorized dealer of said company at hari singh high street, srinagar but in vain. Without the lid handle the pressure cooker, i bought is useless. Kindly direct the concerned company to provide me required product against its cost which shall be borne by me. Was this information helpful? | |||
