TTK Prestige — Electric cooker model prwo-0.6-2 on - product failure in one day | |||||
I have purchased electric cooker model prwo-0.6-2 on 14/06/2017 from murali marketing smart kitchen outlet at btm 2nd stage. We start using from 15/06/2017. It worked well on first day, when we put on use on 16/06/2017 it did not work - cooker is not shifting to cooking mode. Since we stay very close to outlet we have taken to the shop and explained the problem, they have also observed the problem. We get answer - we send this to service centre and will take a week. It is not acceptable when the product does not work second day. The answer we get - electrical part may fail anytime. Is it the reliability prestige guarantee, well if so we made a mistake of choosing prestige product, we do use form other manufacturer for last 8 years without any problem. While we understand the situation we can not accept the casual attitude of the shop service person. After a heated argument, the shop in charge has changed the outer shell. We get a poor opinion.
