We bought a coffee maker espresso pecmd 2.0 from sri kalyani home appliances on[protected].
After a week on our request someone came for demo.
It stopped working within few days.
We have given the product to ttk service centre at chaitanyapuri on[protected].
Three times we were asked to come, check and receive coffee maker.
On going there, every time when they wanted to operate the machine, they found that it was not working.
About three weeks back, they sent it to their lakdika pool service centre for repair.
There also they informed that it was repaired and again found that it was not working.
Even after three months, the coffee maker is still with them.
We strongly feel that, the piece given to us is defective.
We want the company to replace with a new piece/ or refund the amount.
It should have been done by ttk before our request.
We are using ttk products since 25 years, and have very high profile on them.
We request to replace the coffee maker soon, cuz finding it difficult to manage daily coffee needs,
