I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of prestige company. And more so because of the ill behaviour and mistreatment that the service providers did to my elderly parents who are senior citizens. I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN. Our 3 burner gas that we purchased on DATE 22.10.21 is currently under two years warrantly period right now under PRESTIGE COMPANY. Hence, my father and mother decided to avail the services since we have been facing major issues with our three gas burner and therefore he reached out to the persons from whom we had purchased the three gas burner and they redirected my father to customer complain number bangalore. Which my father did. And therefore one service provider named NASKAR Phone no. [protected], from our kolkata branch (lake road) contacted us today (16.05.23) saying that he will come today at 3:00 PM for servicing the three gas burner BUT HE NEVER SHOWED UP. And then when my parents called him and he started speaking in a LOUD VOICE AGAINST MY ELDERLY PARENTS (SENIOR CITIZEN) and said that "I AM ON MY WAY CANT YOU ALL WAIT?" HE STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. Then when my parents called him after some time he said "I WILL NOT DO ANY WORK AT YOUR HOUSE. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT" and he was with some other staff who also started putting allegations against my parents and saying bad words to my elderly parents amd he said, " ap log buzurg ho isiliye mera dost naskar chup raha ap logo ko gali de deta toh aacha lgta?". IS THIS THE WAY PRESTIGE COMPANY TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS????? THEN I HAVE NO OPTION BUT NOT TO GO TO PRESTIGE COMPANY FOR BUYING ANYTHING. AND IF THIS ISSUE DOES NOT GET RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY BY TOMORROW, I WILL ALSO SPREAD ALL THIS INFORMATION VIA SOCIAL MEDIA TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THE MISTREATMENT THAT MY PARENTS RECEIVED just because they asked for service under warranty period and just because they are senior citizens so nobody respects them. I NEEDDDD IMMEDIATE ACTION and I need service that we were promised under warranty card by tomorrow 17.05.23. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.
