TTK Prestige — Hard anodised cooker

This is my complain number 11 days back delh2295547r and till now no action. Whenever i call to the customer care number they are asking for coming to service centre. I bought this cooker from my local market adarsh nagar 2 months back only and facing problem from day one. Why should i take faulty cooker and i want my cooker to be replaced or money back.
