I had filed a complaint that my hob burner was not working satisfactorily. A technician attended to the same on 25.02.2022. It was not under warranty and I paid for the service. The hob was working sporadically thereafter. Its performance being unsatisfactory I was forced to contact their Customer Service again today 28.03.2022 and was surprized to know that I would have to pay for their service again, on grounds that over a month had elapsed since their earlier service on 25.02.2022. I requested extenuation thereof but
the Customer Service excluded thereof possibility.
As the Company did not deem it necessary to accede to my request and for a relaxation of their rule, I cancelled my request for a repeated service. I was seriously considering purchasing a mixer/grinder from them, but this experience has dissuaded me from doing so.
I and my circle of friends shall never purchase another Prestige product. Was this information helpful? |
