My name is koushik from podanur coimbatore. I work in puthiya thalaimurai as journalists. I have given my product in authorised service center on june 1 2018. Still i have not received. When i call they give many excuses. Also the lady who answer the call is really giving such a lane excuse that the supervisor is not available or technician dint come to office or some kind of excuses. And one day when i spoke to that lady, i asked her to give the call to technician. She gave the phone and when i taked to him, he was literally making fun on me and was playing with me by doing mimicry. And today (December 6th 2018, when i went directly to service center, they say they didn’t get the spare parts still. This is not fare at all.. Please let me know if ihave to file a law suit against them. Now their number is not reachable. Service centre details: rk electronics and appliances, no 575, nvn layout, crosscut road, gandhipuram, near sony service center, coimbatore.

Hence please take immediate action and provide me the product asap also extend my warranty for 6 months or please provide a brand new product.
