I had purchased this product in February 2019. Since it was not working, I registered the complaint (TIRU1086980) on 20/10/2019 which was collected on 25th after repeated calling Shree Kanda Service center crosscut road Gandhipuram, Coimbatore phone[protected]. I was told within 3 days it will be returned. So far neither they are telling everyday either technician is not present, delivery boy is absent, or not picking up the call. In spite of calling the customer care[protected], I here only the complaint is escslated but no answer from any senior executives I have spoken to Mr. Arbaz Pasha, executive, Ms. Aisha, team leader, Bhagyashree, team leader, Ms. Veena Manager - all these people say they have escalated but no senior person is calling or following up for non delivery if the product.
