Bought an Atlas 3.0 cooktop and it worked fine in shop. Sarted showing E6 error after 2 uses. Called the customer care, scheduled a service and was told there was an issue with the fan that was solved. All was fine till then.
But the issue wasn't actually solved and repeatedly scheduling service resulted in a half-hearted, rude technician actually berating the aggrieved customer. The same issue of fan still persists after 7 complaints. I believe this is a scheme for them to wait out the warranty period & charge the customer for the original defect as well as other issues the defect will inevitably cause.
I am so disheartened by this, lost all faith in pretige. I should have gone for another company. Will actively warn others about buying prestige products now. Was this information helpful? |
