[Resolved]  TTK Prestige — Inordinate delay in repairing the food processor

I Mrs.Urvee Phaldesai regret to inform you that my food processor given for repairs on 25/6/14 to TTK Prestige Ltd at Malbhat near SBI, Margao, Goa was not repaired for nearly two months.Phone calls made by me to inquire, we not atttended to. I paid visits for nearly five times but was of no avail.Since I stay around 50 km away from the place I had to waste my energy, time and money. For the first time, the person at the enquiry counter had no idea if the product was repaired.While another time the reason mentioned was that audit was going on.Finally when the product was delivered a part was not replaced.It has caused great inconvenience to me.
