TTK Prestige — Iron box not working

I have purchased the prestige magic dry iron box on 21-jun-2015 with serial number 14k101095 from siri home appliances, madinaguda. It have 2 year warranty. The iron box is not getting heat and i have given it to repair at same store on 25 jun 2016. I am requesting update on daily basis; however, i am not having any update from stores. Can you kindly help me on this?
