TTK Prestige — irreparable condition | |
I bought the induction stoove a few years back. Which now sites beside my trash can. I bought this piece of # for 4000 bucks, cuz it had brand name. Now i regret it, despite all this, they have the audacity to claim that they have the best stoove. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise if they are selling this piece of junk to their customers. Not once or twice, i have contacted them four freeking times, but everu time i recive the same stupid excuse. Oh by the way, their technicians are stupid, sorry if that was a little bit offensive, but i can't help it. Even their induction utensils are # too. I know that i'm ranting up their, but i'm seriously pissed off. I desperatly tried to look past their shortcommings, well sucks for them. I have give my microwave oven for repair 3 months back through prestige toll customer care they came and got my oven still I dint receive any information about the product . I have called many times to the customer care still no reply from them, this is a very shame from the prestige company . Felt very bad about why did I buy from company

Also sent email to customer care but still no response or acknowledgment.
There is no customer care support. Worst experience.
