TTK Prestige — no response on after sales service and warranty | |||
Dear sir/madam, Please note that we have purchased an induction stove - brand prestige and the same is not working now. We were chasing with customer service team and finally raised a compliment# which is already 10 days late. Anyhow we have called once again and explained the same to customer care number - they confirmed as they will be sending an executive in 24 hours. But still no response!!! We have tried calling to authorised dealer as well but it was not connecting. Finally we can say that the service of ttk product is very very poor. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
