I had raised a complaint on 13th March 2021 for the gas stove that was purchased on 12th March 2021.have been following up with Nitin Pawar from Mumbai branch but the issue is still not resolved.. thought I was assured that the part will be replaced... prestige doesn't even reply on mails Complaint no.
