TTK Prestige — pathetic customer care | |||
Dear team, I purchased prestige cooker on 26th mar 2019 from a store. It turned out to be a defective one and always leaks. I went back to store next day for replacement. Store keeper just denied and asked to contact customer care. I called customer care more than 20 times now with no progress and always heard regrets. This is enough now. We want immediate turn up. Now at this stage, I am not going anywhere for this, I need service at home or complete replacement/refund. If not, will have to initiate filing a case against this giant pioneer for most pathetic service and customer carelessness. Was this information helpful? | |||
