TTK Prestige — Pathetic product want refund (request every one never trust on this brand )

The products being sold by reputed companies are bought based on the credibility they impart however recently I have found that to not be the case more than often.
I had bought prestige mixer grinder on 5th of April 2021 and it has already started malfunctioning. The customer care has been apathetic and couldn't help in the slightest, sighting one reason or the other. Yet another brand failed to deliver on its vacant promises.
I want refund as early as possible and want to return the product . And the mail id that they have provided is not functioning, thus leaving me with no options.TTK Prestige Ltd even they blocked my mail.
