TTK Prestige — Prestige chapati maker

My name is ajeesh chandran i have bought a prestige chappathi maker from jaya steel house kottarakkara around nov 2020 after few months o[censored]se i received a massive shock from that while i was ising it . I have submitted it to the shop where i bought it from. Its been 3 months and i am ignored despite of often complaint and visit to the shop. I have enough videos and photos to substantiate my complaint. This is my last attempt to seek justice from you as am moving to consumer court after waiting for 2 days. The item is still under warranty and am neglected as a consumer despite i have faced a life threatening situation. The physical damage has happened after i submitted it for repair.
