Hello Sir/Madam,
I bought Prestige edge glass table PEP 02 gas stove 0n 26/09/2019 at Prakash home appliances KGF. On Nov 18 2020 the gas stove's glass got burst while cooking. We raised a ticket on Nov 19 2020 and we got a message with complaint no BANG1729447. We waited for a week with our complaint unattained. Later service guy from kolar called and asked me to transfer photos. i forwarded and waited for more 1 weeks.
Meanwhile i had keep on reminding the customer care guys about the urgency and pathetic situation with out stove. As we had borrowed from our neighbor. Finally on Dec 04 2020 a service guy from kolar and by just seeing the stove he declared that we have dropped some heavy object or stone due to which the stove glass has been damaged. Later told him to inspect the stove before he confirms something . Later he undone few screws and told it has been repaired earlier (which is not true and i will challenge it) and keep on blaming us with arrogance and rudeness. He was pre determined to put the blame on us. As the stove is in warranty period, i request you to please inspect the stove and confirm the truth and help us in our claim. We are very disappointed with the service guy from kolar who is unfortunately representing such a reputed company, and he dont have proper sop to service or inspect the damage. As this is concerning to the lives of the people, please inspect asap and avoid such incidents in future. Request for justice..
