Hi - I purchased Prestige induction cooktop (HSN : 41991) on 28-6-19. The product is out of warranty. It is not working now. I took it for repair to your authorised service centre - SRI BALAJI AGENCIES, 15, Velu Street, West Mambalam, Chennai-600033. The person who attended just plugged the stove in electric socket. It didnt get power on. He didnot even do anyother check. WIth a straight face and reluctant tone, he said the stove has board problem. It will cost around Rs. 600 or more. It will take one week. When I asked him the estimate is OK but why one week. He didnt have convincing answer. IT seemed, he was keen on getting me out of sight. I have owned indcuction stove of other brands like Bajaj and Preethi. THe service is very good. Even now you can walk into the preethi service centre and see the professional approach they take to conduct service. IT never took more than a day for my complaint with Preethi for any repair in induction stove. I bought TTK Induction stove for the reliability of brand name Prestige. MY basic question is this the standard of serivce TTK Prestige wants their customers to experience??
