TTK Prestige — prestige kettle

I had given to repair my prestige kettle at your margao ttk prestige ltd. Margao in october 2018 and till today they have not repaired it and they are saying that spares are not available with the company. I am not satisfied with your service centre located in margao. I am regular client for so many years.

Kindly solve the above problem at the earliest
