I purchased Prestige Oscar 900 Kitchen Hood on 20th of January 2023 and since 15th of April 2023, the appliance stopped working. I have reached out to TTK customer service department on multiple occasions to address this issue, and each time I was promised that the matter would be resolved promptly.

Spoke to number of customer service executives and escalation team on 25, 26 and 27th of April 2023. On their instruction I tried contacting the service franchisee, Royal Enterprises (M: [protected]). They never responded to my calls, It was either ringing and not answering or they cut the call or the phone was switched off. Finally Mr. Ravi Theja from the escalation team provided me the cell number of Service manager Mr. Niranjan. Even he didn’t answer my calls or responded to messages sent by me.
However, despite numerous attempts to get a resolution, my problem remains unresolved, and I have not received any satisfactory response from the company. Was this information helpful? |
